I lead an exploration of presence, a training ground for authenticity. With simple exercises and interactive group open awareness meditations, we explore what it can mean to connect and to be human.

We are usually between 5 and 12 people, from 6:30 PM - 9 PM. Almost every Monday, with breaks over Christmas and the summer.

This Easter, I will lead a four-day retreat north of Stockholm, together with my friend Peter Munthe-Kaas.

It’s about relational skills and how we bring them into everyday life.

Each day has a theme:

I don’t yet know what themes I will be curious about in April, but I will spend a week alone in a darkened room in March, and I expect some inspiration from that. Perhaps even more focus on the body?

The weekend usually starts with an intro on Friday, which you can attend to decide before committing to the whole weekend. It’s also good and pleasant to attend the intro if you’ve already decided, but it’s not mandatory.
